Tapestry
This series of three hand- and machine-tufted rugs explores the relationship between form, structure, and material through the language of textile-making. From concept to completion, each piece navigates the space between traditional hand-knotting techniques and the precision of modern tufting machines, blurring the line between craft and design, softness and structure.
The rugs take on sculptural qualities, with tactile surfaces that act as woven landscapes, shaped by both gesture and geometry. Designed to function as either floor or wall pieces, they bring warmth, texture, and a shift in acoustics to any interior, enhancing both atmosphere and sensory experience.
